# Elliott Gibb

I’m Head of Design for Core Experiences & Integrity at [Grab](https://www.grab.com), in Singapore. I lead product design for the consumer app, loyalty, communications, customer support and integrity. More than 52 million people transact on Grab every month.

Before this I co-founded Mercu, which let frontline workers apply for jobs and book interviews over WhatsApp and SMS. Sequoia Capital and 500 Global invested US$2.2M. JD Sports used it to hire 1,500 Christmas staff from 40,000 applicants in two weeks.
